General Contracting
In the case that a Client decides to engage a design institute and/or other partners separately, CND acts as the general contractor who executes the detailed design. Through its engineering expertise CND is able to provide independent expertise of value engineering and can propose alternative design as an option when acting as a general contractor. CND will act as your reliable partner as a GC and stands on your side to execute the best possible project under the GC model, not only executing the provided design but also analyzing the design and construction and promoting improvements.
